Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Seventeen (17), John J. McGilvra's Second Addition to the City of Seattle, the same being the alley between East Prospect Street, East Highland Drive, Thirty-seventh Avenue North and Thirty-eighth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface and underground drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3244 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment thereof by the mode of "Payment by Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinance of the City of Seattle.
