Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 25th Avenue Southwest from the north margin of West Genesee Street north, to the south margin of West Andover Street, by clearing, grubbing and grading to a permanent elevation, full width of same, constructing wooden curbs, wooden gutters, wooden cross walks and wooden sidewalks, four feet in width on both sides of the street, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 44040; of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
