Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Corliss Avenue, from East Green Lake Boulevard to North 85th Street; and North 80th Street, from the east margin of Corliss Avenue on the south to the west margin of Corliss Avenue on the north, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3205, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
