Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Greenwood Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from North 39th Street to North 45 Street, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3187 of the City Council of the City of Seattle and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
