Introduced as Council Bill 15380

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue South, from Oxbow Bridge to Barton Street, in the City of Seattle, by grading or constructing a plank trestle as may be necessary; provided that where a plank trestle is necessary it shall not be less than 18 feet in width and where an earth roadway is necessary, it shall not be more than 42 feet in width; all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 43950, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
