Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Pine Street from Belmont Avenue to the east margin of Nagle Place, all in the City of Seattle,, by grading and regrading the widened portion of the street, by constructing or reconstructing curbs, concrete sidewalks, plank roadway and asphalt pavement where necessary, including in said work the necessary removal of all bulkheads, retaining walls and concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3189, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
