Title

An Ordinance granting to the Turfer Investment Co., the right, privilege and authority to improve East Newton Street from Eleventh Avenue North to Thirteenth Avenue North; Neva Place from Emmons Place to Thirteenth Avenue North; Thirteenth Avenue North from East Boston Street to East Newton Street; and the east half (E 1/2) of Emmons Place from East Boston Street to East Newton Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by constructing sewers and watermains with their appurtenances where necessary; and by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden curbs and gutters, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, at its own cost and expense.
