Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of a public street and highway across a portion of the North One-half (N 1/2) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Four (4) East, W. M.; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
