Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Belvidere Avenue from Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest to West Lander Street; Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest, from West Andover Street to West Lander Street; Thirty-sixth Avenue Southwest, from West Andover Street to West Hanford Street; Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest, from West Alaska Street to West Lander Street; Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest, from West Charlestown Street to West Hanford Street; West Charlestown Street, from California Avenue to Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest and from Belvidera Avenue to Thirty-sixth Avenue Southwest; West Hinds Street, from California Avenue to Thirty-sixth Avenue Southwest; West Hanford Street, from Walnut Avenue to Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest, all in The City of Seattle; by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3143 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinance of the City of Seattle.
