Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Dearborn Street from the East margin of Maynard Avenue to the East margin of Seventh Avenue South, and of Seventh Avenue South from the North margin of Charles Street to the North margin of Dearborn Street, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said street and avenue in conformity with such established grades, and necessary for the slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said street and avenue; and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
