Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-third Avenue West and Twenty-third Avenue West Produced, from the intersection of West Garfield Street to West Newton Street, all in The City of Seattle, by constructing a bridge roadway thereon twenty-six (26) feet in width, and by doing such grading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3078 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
