Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Genessee Street, in the City of Seattle, from Rainier Avenue to Lakeside Avenue, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage; said Genessee Street to be graded to such width that the cost of this improvement will not exceed the limit of assessment as defined by the City Charter, at fifty (50) per cent of the assessed valuation of the property to be assessed for the cost of said improvement; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2756 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds",as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinance of the City of Seattle.
