Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Eightieth Street, West Eighty-first Street, West Eighty-second Street, West Eighty-third Street and West Eighty-fourth Street, each from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest, all in The City of Seattle, by laying watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials together with all gates, tees, crosses and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3017 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
