Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-third Avenue West, from Plymouth Street to Thorndyke Avenue; Plymouth Street, from Twenty-third Avenue West to Thorndyke Avenue; West Newton Street, West Crockett Street, West Boston Street and Puritan Street, each from Twenty-third Avenue West to Twenty-eighth Avenue West, and Twenty-sixth Avenue West, from West Howe Street to Puritan Street, all in The City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and constructing bridge roadways where necessary, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3009 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
