Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Seattle Boulevard, from Maynard Avenue to Ninth Avenue South; Ninth Avenue South, from Seattle Boulevard to Holgate Street, all in The City of Seattle, by planking and replanking; by the construction and reconstruction of wood walks; by the construction of wooden curbs and gutters, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3117 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
