Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-fifth Avenue Southwest, from West Oregon Street to Roxbury Street, all in The City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with the majority petition therefor, being File No. 42550; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
