Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Olympia Way, from the south margin of West Prospect Street to Tenth Avenue West; Tenth Avenue West, from the south margin of West Lee Street to the south margin of West Wheeler Street; Ninth Avenue West, from Olympic Way to the north margin of West Galer Street; West Prospect Street, from Olympic Way to the east margin of Ninth Avenue West; West Lee Street, West Galer Street and West Garfield Street, each from Ninth Avenue West to Tenth Avenue West, all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with asphalt, brick or stone gutters, and concrete curbs with armoured concrete or granite corners, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; by providing for the necessary surface drainage; by the alteration, construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; and by such grading and regrading as may be necessary; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
