Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Elliott Avenue, from Western Avenue to Bay Street; Blanchard Street, Bell Street, Battery Street, Wall Street, Vine Street, Cedar Street, Clay Street, Broad Street and Bay Street, each from Western Avenue to Elliott Avenue, all in The City of Seattle; by paving the same with brick, stone blocks or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation together with brick or stone gutters, and granite curbs with granite corners and including as a part of said work, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with which such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, by providing for the necessary surface drainage; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by the alteration and extensions of existing area walls, and the construction of wooden sidewalks where necessary; and by such grading and regrading as may be necessary to conform to the elevations established by Ordinance No. 25396, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3087 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
