Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, altering and establishing of the alley in Block Thirteen (13), Greene's Addition to the City of Seattle, from the north line, produced east, of Lot Nineteen (19), said Block Thirteen (130, to the north margin of Louisa Street, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
