Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the east side of Twenty-third Avenue North from a point eighty-four and forty-two hundredths (84.24) feet south of East Highland Drive from the east to East Galer Street, and East Lee Street from Twenty-third Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North, all in The City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, constructing concrete sidewalks together with all necessary crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3096 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
