Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of West Oregon Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue Southwest to the Alley between Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest and Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest, and of a public street and highway from West Oregon Street and the Alley between Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest and Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest to Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest, and West Alaska Street, all in the City of Seattle, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of West Oregon Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue Southwest to the Alley between Thirty-seventh Avenue and Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest, and of the public street and highway provided for herein, extending from West Oregon Street and the Alley between Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest and Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest to Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest and West Alaska Street, and approaches thereto, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues and for the construction of all necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues, and providing that the payment for the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
