Title

An Ordinance granting to the H. S. Turner Investment Company the right, privilege and authority to improve Twenty-third Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Boyer Avenue; East Newton Street, from East Lynn Street to Twenty-third Avenue North, and from Twenty-third Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North; Twenty-second Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to East Newton Street; and the South Side of East Lynn Street, from Twentieth Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North, and the North Side of Boyer Avenue, from Twenty-third Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, at its own cost and expense.
