Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the East twenty-six (26) feet of Fifth Avenue South, from King Street to Seattle Boulevard; Weller Street, Dearborn Street, Street Boulevard each from Fifth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South; Lane Street from Fifth Avenue South to Seventh Avenue South, all in The City of Seattle, by planking the same, and by construction of wooden walks, wooden curbs and gutters, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3033 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
