Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Weller Street, from Maynard Avenue to Twelfth Avenue South; Maynard Avenue, Eighth Avenue South, Ninth Avenue South and Twelfth Avenue South, each from King Street to Weller Street; Seventh Avenue South from King Street to Dearborn Street, all in The City of Seattle, by construction of concrete walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage all in accordance with Resolution No. 3034 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
