Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of New Tenth Avenue from East Union Street to East Madison Street, all in The City of Seattle, by the necessary grading; construction of wooden curbs and gutters; wood walks and planking sixteen (16) feet in width and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3107 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
