Title

An Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to construct a suitable foot-bridge overhead, from the intersection of Chicago Avenue, in Riverside Addition, with the easterly margin of the right of way of the Oregon & Washington Railroad, westward across the tracks of the Oregon & Washington, Columbia & Puget Sound, and the Northern Pacific Railway, to or near the eastern margin of Rainier Street, and appropriating money therefor.
