Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of Twelfth Avenue South, from Lane Street to Charles Street, all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner prescribed by law.
