Title

An Ordinance granting permission to John B. Agen Co. and others to improve Western Avenue from University Street to Seneca Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick or more other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with concrete or granite curbs; the construction of concrete walks, together with the construction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage and water service of said district, in accordance with the plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, at their own cost and expense.
