Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue from the south margin of University Street from the west to the south margin of West Massachusetts Street, all in The City of Seattle, in the following manner: The improvement of the westerly portion of this street by filling, planking and replanking, by the construction of wooden curbs and gutters, wood walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage; the new planking to be 6" thick and 12" wide, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3075 of the city council of The City of Seattle; and providing fort he payment therefor the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the charter and ordinances of the City of Seattle.
