Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of University Street from 6th Avenue to the easterly margin of the University Tract, 5th and " Street or the alley lying west of 6th Avenue between Union Street and University Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite or armored concrete curb, and providing for the grading and the construction of concrete walks; by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3066 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
