Title

An ordinance An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley and highway from the west line of Edgewater Addition to the City of Seattle to the east margin of Woodland Park Avenue, all in the City of Seattle,, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
