Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pike Street from Pike Place to the waterfront in the City of Seattle, by the construction of an overhead foot bridge, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3049 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment" as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
