Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 2, McKenzie and Dempsey's Lake Washington Addition to the City of Seattle, by grading the alley 10 feet in width; by construction of wooden curb and gutter on the east side of the alley and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3057, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
