Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 3rd Avenue from Pike Street to Pine Street, all in the City of Seattle, by widening the same to a width established by Ordinance No. 13776 by doing all necessary grading, by reconstructing and adjusting the granite curbs and brick gutters, by extending the concrete walks and asphalt pavement to the new width of the street, by all necessary adjustment of the drainage and water systems and cluster lights with their appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3044 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
