Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 72nd street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Greenwood Avenue; North 73rd Street, from a point 500 feet east of Fremont Avenue to Palatine Avenue; North 74th Street, from a point 360 feet east of Fremont Avenue to a point 300 feet west of Greenwood Avenue; North 75th Street from a point 300 feet east of Fremont Avenue to a point 340 feet west of Greenwood Avenue; North 76th Street from Aurora Avenue to a point 330 feet west of Greenwood Avenue; and Fremont Avenue from North 72nd Street to North 76th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2946 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
