Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North and West 77th Street, from Greenwood Avenue to 8th Avenue Northwest; and 1st Avenue Northwest, from West 74th Street to West 80th Street, all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2962 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
