Title

An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 2357, for the improvement of the alley in block 19, Capital Hill Addition Division No. 2, being the alley from East Aloha Street to East Prospect Street, and between 17th Avenue North and 18th Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick; by grading and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, under Ordinance No. 24407 and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the several lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property as shown on said roll, establishing a Local Improvement Fund.
