Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 37, Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 5, being the alley from East Prospect Street to East Highland Drive, and between 20th Avenue North and 21st Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with necessary grading and the construction of a sewer with appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3047, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
