Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of California Avenue, from West Juneau Street to Lowman Drive; Lowman Drive, from California Avenue to 44th Avenue Southwest; 44th Avenue Southwest, from Lowman Drive to Roosevelt Street; Roosevelt Street, from 44th Avenue Southwest to Calfornia Avenue; and California Avenue from Roosevelt Street to West Thistle Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2930, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
