Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 56, Terry's 1st Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley from Cherry Street to Columbia Street, and between 7th and 8th Avenues, by leveling to grade and planking with plank four inches thick, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 42212 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
