Introduced as Council Bill 13920

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue South, from Main Street to Jackson Street, and Main Street, from Fourth Avenue South to Fifth Avenue South, all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick or some other suitable materials, laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by relaying all existing pavement necessary for the approaches; by constructing granite curbs or armoured concrete curbs, concrete retaining walls, and side sewer connection where necessary, together with such sewers and watermains with their appurtenances, as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and by constructing concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3005 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
