Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from Jackson Street to Atlantic Street; Dearborn Street from Rainier Avenue to a point seven hundred fifty (750) feet west of Rainier Avenue, all in The City of Seattle, by planking the same, and by constructing wood walks, curbs and gutters and the necessary approaches, and providing for the necessary drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2961 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
