Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Eightieth Street and North Eighty-first Street, each from Woodland Park Avenues, to Green Wood Avenues North Seventy-eighth Street and North Seventy-ninth Street, each from Woodland Park Avenue to Fremont Avenue; Dayton Avenue, from North Seventy-ninth Street to North Eighty-first Street; and Fremont Avenue from North Seventy-eighth Street to North Eighty-first Street, all in The City of Seattle; by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2964 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
