Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Eighty-second Street and North Eighty-fourth Street, each from Greenwood Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; and Fremont Avenue and Dayton Avenue, each from North Eighty-first Street to North Eighty-fifth Street all in The City of Seattle; by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2963 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
