An Ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation and taking of certain second-class tide lands lying in front of the northerly terminue of Sixty-third Avenue Southwest, in the co, for park, drive and boulevard purposes, and providing that the cost of said condemnation be made from the City Park Fund.
