An Ordinance authorizing the dismissal of the suit to condemn private property for the laying off, widening, extending, altering and establishing of Ninth Avenue West et al., under Ordinance No. 22602, Cause No. 71543, in so far as the same affects certain property in Ferry's Addition to the City of Seattle.; in J. B. Taylor's Addition to the City of Seattle., and in Burns & McLernan's Tracts, an addition to the City of Seattle., and authorizing the prescribing the rate of interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractor constructing the improvement of all taxable costs.
