Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North side of Seneca Street, from Seventh Avenue to Ninth Avenue, by the construction of woodwalks and concrete walks, as may be necessary, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2902 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment" as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
