Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixth Avenue South, from Seattle Boulevard to Holgate Street; Holgate Street from Sixth Avenue South to Ninth Avenue South, and Ninth Avenue South from Holgate Street to College Street, all in The City of Seattle., by the placing of an asphalt top on the existing planking on said streets, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2881 of the City Council of The City of Seattle.; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
