Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixth Avenue South, from Weller street to Seattle Boulevard; Seattle Boulevard, from Sixth Avenue South from the North to Sixth Avenue South from the south; and the south half of Weller Street, from Sixth Avenue South to Maynard Avenue, all in The City of Seattle, by replanking the same, by the constructing of wooden curbs and gutters, relaying wooden sidewalks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2869, the City Council of The City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
