Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway from 5th Avenue West and West Barrett Street from the west, to 7th Avenue West and West Dravus Street, over and across Blocks 9, 10, 11, Irondale Addition to the City of Seattle, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited lying within the limits of the south half of block 6 and the north half of block 7, Prosch's Queen Anne Addition to the City of Seattle; the south half of block "A"; lots 6 to 10, inclusive, block 7; lots 8 to 12, inclusive, block 8; and all of blocks 9 to 11, inclusive, Irondale Addition to the City of Seattle, except those portions described herein; and lots 23 to 24, inclusive, block 2, Victory Addition to the City of Seattle, in the manner provided by law.
